Your appointment is very important to us, and it’s reserved especially for you, we will be requesting a $50 Deposit in order to schedule any appointments, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients in our waiting list missed  the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget something that you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, CANCELATION FEE OF $50 WILL APPLY TO EVERYONE WHO DON’T CANCEL BEFORE THE 24 HOURS.
As courtesy, we will text and call to confirm your service appointment 3 business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid any fees


Failure to comply in any of these will result
in Cancelation of the appointment and loss of the Deposit NO EXEMPTIONS
•You are responsible to be on time we will allow 10 minutes wait.
•Everyone needs to wash or disinfect their hands and shoe before entering the salon.
•Your hair must be wash, detangle from the same day or the day before, apply products as usual  then dry naturally, please don’t pick up your hair in ponytails, braids or buns, because your curls gets stretched out.
•Mask are REQUIRED for everyone with the loops behind the ears, if for any reason you are NOT able too wear a mask we will REFUSE the service and you will lose your deposit, NOT EXCEPTIONS.
•You are welcome to come in by yourself no companion will be allowed. For childrens having a service done ONLY will allow one companion with mask.
